Renewal
Step 1: Download, fill out and
mail in an ADR Provider
Renewal Application and Agreement to Abide by California
Rules of Court.*
Step 2: Enclose with the Application
and Agreement a check in the amount of
$50 for Marin County Bar Association members, or $150 for non-MCBA members,
payable to: "ADR Section, Marin County Bar Association."
Step 3: Check
to see that your listing has all your current information and, if not, login
to edit your online profile. (You may edit your online profile
at any time during the year.)
Applications for renewal will be reviewed in September of each
year. Your
profile will remain online and visible to the public until the deadline for
submitting applications. At that time, the online profiles of renewing
applicants approved by the ADR Section will remain visible to the public for
another year. If no renewal application or payment is received, your
profile will be inactivated and the public will no longer be able to view
your web page through the Marin County Bar Association's online ADR Provider
Directory.
