What You Need to Know about ERISA

Speaker
Michelle Roberts Bartolic

Employment lawyers who do not generally handle ERISA cases are in danger of not acting on such cases timely or referring them timely when a client presents a case, and the next thing you know it is too late for effective action. The case law is constantly evolving and changing the landscape in this specialty area of practice. One of the founding partners of the preeminent ERISA law firm, Roberts Bartolic LLP, with offices in the Bay Area and Chicago, will be our speaker. Ms. Bartolic authors ERISA Watch, the go-to weekly blog on recent updates in ERISA litigation.
