Marin County Superior Court: Draft Revision of the Uniform Local Rules of Court |
The Judges of the Marin County Superior Court have approved a draft set of
proposed Local Court Rules. As authorized under California Rule of Court 10.613,
they are posted on the Court’s website. Click here for Draft
Should an individual or organization not have access to the internet, a printed
copy of the Local Rules of Court may be obtained at a cost of $40.00 by writing
the Court at:

The Annual Meeting of the Marin County Bar Association will take place on October 23, 2019, at noon, at McInnis Park Club Restaurant, 350 Smith Ranch Rd, San Rafael, CA 94903, during the Judges Luncheon.
