Don't let your MCBA membership and benefits lapse. Enroll in Auto Renewal and Store Your Credit Card Information to simplify your membership renewals, event and program registrations.

Here's how to set up Auto Renewal:
1) Log onto your membership portal (MCBA member profile)
2) Under "My Account" Click on Auto Renewal Preferences
3) Click on "yes" Enroll me in Auto Renewal
4) Select credit card or bill me
5) Enter required information then SAVE

UNIFORM LOCAL RULES OF THE MARIN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
In accordance with the provisions of Rule 10.613 of the California Rules of Court, the Superior Court Judges have revised and updated specific sections of the Uniform Local Rules of the Marin County Superior Court.

With the acceptance of the Judicial Council of California, the following Local Rules of Court and Appendices have been adopted effective January 1, 2020:
Civil: 1.16
Juvenile: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8
Family: 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7 6.8, 6.12. 6.13, 6.14, 6.17, 6.18, 6.19, 6.22, 6.24, 6.25, 6.27, 6.29, 6.30
Miscellaneous: 8.18
Access to the Uniform Local Rules of Court is available, at no charge, through the Court’s website at:
