News from the Marin County Superior Court
Revised Uniform Local Rules of the Marin County Superior Court Effective July 1, 2022.

In accordance with the provisions of Rule 10.613 of the California Rules of Court, the Superior Court Judges have revised and updated specific sections of the Uniform Local Rules of the Marin County Superior Court.
With the acceptance of the Judicial Council of California, the following Local Rules of Court and Appendices have been adopted effective July 1, 2022:
  • General Administrative Rule 1.17
  • Family Law Rule 7.35
Access to the Uniform Local Rules of Court is available -- at no charge -- through the Court’s website here.
