As a Superior Court judge in Marin County, she resolved thousands of commercial, contract, and negligence cases. During her tenure as the supervising family law judge, she settled hundreds of high-conflict, high emotion cases and eliminated 100% of the court’s backlog by instituting settlement programs where trained attorneys and therapists assisted the court in settlement conferences.
