Fingerprinting provided by UPS
Under California Rule of Court Rule 9.9.5, all active attorneys licensed in California must be re-fingerprinted. The State Bar is requiring attorneys to resubmit fingerprints by April 30, 2019. Failure to follow these instructions may be considered non-compliance with State Bar of California fingerprinting rule requirements and may subject attorneys to penalties.
MCBA has arranged for UPS to provide Live Scan fingerprinting to our members.

IMPORTANT: You must bring your completed Prepopulated Live Scan Form from the CA State Bar website in order to participate.
$74 Processing Fee paid to UPS. ($25 UPS, $32 DOJ, $17 FBI.)
Each attorney must view and print your prepopulated LIVESCAN form. You will not be able to participate if you do not bring your own LIVESCAN form.
