Cool Under Fire

Speaker
Marianne Fleischer

Our January keynote is Marianne Fleischer, a noted Speechwriter and Presentations Skills executive coach. She offers both PRIVATE coaching and her popular COOL UNDER FIRE workshops for lawyers or their clients. Her San Francisco-based presentations company attracts lawyers from AmLaw 100 firms -litigators and transactional attorneys. She also works with Fortune 500 clients such as Salesforce, Apple and Schwab -as well as key non-profits and entrepreneurs.

With a storyteller's background in theater, TV, Creative Arts and Improv, Ms. Fleischer knows what moves audiences' hearts and budgets. She will inspire the art of influence and the science of managing stage fright. She will offer powerful strategies to handle tough Q&A or hold your own in media interviews. Learn to better handle sharp-elbowed peers in meetings and bring back disinterested jurors in court. Come away with tips for opening/closing arguments, pitches, trial themes-even strategically addressing judges. With her Improv background, you can count on some good stories.

Come early for a lively mixer at 11:30 am and stay after the keynote. Get out of the office and catch up with colleagues to hear the latest practice area developments.
