What’s New in Employment Laws for 2019 and Highlights of 2018
Speaker
Kelly Savage Day
The legal landscape for California employers continues to grow more difficult and dangerous by the day, in part because of new anti-harassment training requirements, changes to the minimum wage, as well as additional accommodation duties. Staying up-to-date on the ever changing landscape of California employment law is almost impossible. This presentation will highlight the key changes that took place in the last quarter of 2018 and the most significant labor and employment laws that went into effect on January 1, 2019.
A must attend for California employment law attorneys as well as the clients they represent.
