Hidden Truths About Advance Healthcare Directives--What You Never Learned In Law School

SPEAKERS
Carolyn Rosenblatt, RN, Elder Law Attorney, Mediator
Dr. Mikol Davis, Psychologist

The speakers will address how these directives work and don't work in real life situations and what every lawyer can do to educate clients adequately about them. Including the appointed agent in the education can make all the difference. There are good ways to "outsource" that as needed. The AHD should not be an afterthought in estate planning.

Check-in begins at 11:45 AM; the Speakers begin at 12:00 PM.
