The MCBA Program Committee and the Construction Law Section invite you to attend a virtual presentation on The Technical and Legal “Underpinnings” of the Millennium Tower Project to be held on Thursday, February 24th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
Hear from the attorney, Mark Rice of McNEIL, SILVERIA, RICE & WILEY, representing the pile driver contractor involved in the disputes concerning the sinking Millennium Tower in San Francisco. This presentation will cover the technical aspects of the original project and the ongoing repair efforts, the numerous insurance issues, and the legal liability of the various parties involved in the consolidated lawsuit.
1.0 CLE will be provided towards General CLE Credit.
