Speaker Information

Jamie Alexis Newbold

Judicial Research Attorney, Marin County Superior Court

Jamie Alexis Newbold is a Judicial Research Attorney at Marin County Superior Court. Prior to her employment in Marin County, Ms. Newbold was a Judicial Research Attorney at Solano County Superior Court and Riverside County Superior Court. She was also a full-time Judicial Extern for the late Honorable Robert Takasugi of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, as well as a summer law clerk for the Orange County Superior Court while in law school. Ms. Newbold has been an attorney for over twenty years focusing on law and motion while in private practice and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, giving her a unique perspective in approaching and analyzing issues presented.


Allison McNeil

Judicial Research Attorney, Marin County Superior Court

Allison McNeil graduated from UC Hastings College of Law prior to joining Anderson Zeigler, PC. At Anderson Zeigler, she practiced a broad range civil litigation for eight years, including employment matters, real property issues (primarily advising commercial landlords), and trust and estate litigation. While in private practice, Ms. McNeil sat on the Board of the Sonoma County Bar Association and was active in the local Inns of Court chapter. Currently she is a Research Attorney for the Marin County Superior Court where she provides legal memoranda and recommendations on all types of civil matters.
