Alice Madrid Neumann

Alice Madrid Neumann has been a career banker for over 30 years, and joined Manufacturers Bank in 2007. She established the Specialty Deposit Program in 2010, which has been tremendously successful for the Bank. She is an experienced banker with expertise in reviewing and analyzing legal and court documents to open various types of accounts (i.e., Trusts, Estates, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Court Order Blocked, Special Needs, IOLTAs, Joint Bond Agreements, Medi-Cal Gift, and VA accounts). Fiduciaries, Attorneys, and other Professionals recognize that Alice plays a critical role in working with them and their clients in establishing and servicing their banking relationship. Alice has the knowledge to understand your client’s situation and the compassion to connect with them for a successful experience. As a trusted advisor, she takes the time to listen and understand your client’s needs, working together to develop a tailored solution to meet their banking goals. Our Specialty Deposit Program will accommodate multiple trustees, conservators, administrators, 2-signatures required, and signers who may be out-of-state. Alice’s market covers the West San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, and the Central Coast up to the San Francisco area.


Max Damm

Max joined IntraFi Network in 2004 and currently holds the position of Managing Director for California, Hawaii, and Alaska. Max has 22 years of experience in financial services, working at national and community banks along the way. Max earned his undergraduate degree in International Studies and Spanish/Latin American Studies at American University in Washington, DC.

Max has served in various capacities while at IntraFi, working on the Inside Sales Desk, Treasury Desk, Product Management Team and now as Managing Director. As Managing Director, Max works hand in hand with banks on numerous activities including C-level deposit strategy, liquidity management, new product rollout, Sales Training and end client education. In the area of end-client education, Max joins banks of all size in customer outreach related to IntraFi’s products and has spoken at numerous events for CPAs, Public Agency Finance Officers, Businesses, Law Firms, Non-Profits, and Fiduciaries.
