The MCBA Probate & Estate Planning and Probate Litigation Sections invite you to attend a virtual presentation on Charitable Planning with the Young Pooled Income Fund to be held on Wednesday, October 20th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

With the various changes occurring in the law regarding tax and estates, one key tool in the attorney's toolbox is charitable gifting. This session will provide a very brief review of various forms of charitable gifting opportunities while focusing on educating attendees in deeper detail about a lesser known vehicle, Young Pooled Income Fund (YPIF). The goal of the program will be to share what the YPIF can do and how to judge it against the various established and well known planning tools available to attorneys and clients.

1.0 CLE will be provided towards General/Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Legal Specialization Credit.
