Now that the 2021 California legislative session has ended, let’s unravel the new labor and employment laws. These new laws impact issues such as record retention, family leave, independent contractor relationships, and employment in specific industries, to name just a few. Join us to discuss how these laws may affect our practices representing both employees and employers.
