Join Tracy Duell-Cazes as she will discuss the basics of prosecuting and defending a contempt of court action, the pros and cons of filing a contempt action; and the immediate consequences of prosecuting a contempt action.

***For those that can not attend but are interested in the post meeting recording, we require you to Register for the event. Once the presentation is over, if the recording is adequate, we send it (via DropBox) to those that were not able to attend. If the recording is not adequate, we will refund your registration fee. Tracy Duell-Cazes, CFLS

TRACY DUELL-CAZES is a sole practitioner in San Jose, California and has been in practice since December 1989 and entering her 33rd year of practice. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and has been certified since 2002. She practices in all areas of Family Law, including prosecuting and defending contempt of court matters. She has previously lectured for the Santa Clara County Bar Association, The Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS), The San Mateo County Bar Association, the San Francisco County Bar Association, and the National Business Institute. She has had articles published in The Specialist (ACFLS publication) and the Family Law News (State Bar Family Law section publication) She has served as a Judge Pro Tempore in Santa Clara County. She received her B.S. degree in accounting from California State University, Chico and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, Family Law Section and was a member of the San Jose Regional Standing Committee of the State Bar Family Law Executive Committee until its cessation in early 2016; Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) Family Law Executive Committee – 2018 Chair, member of the Legislation Committee and the Education Committee; Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS) - Associate Chapter Director (1); On the Board of Directors for the Association of Family Law Specialists Charitable Foundation.

In her spare time she enjoys searching out and buying fun and unusual shoes and jewelry.
