The MCBA Labor & Employment Law Section will hold their next (August) virtual presentation, Taking Care of Business: IP Issues in Employment Matters on Tuesday, August 9th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. As this will be a Zoom 'Meeting' your video will appear on screen in a little box. Special Section member pricing is being extended to the Business Law and IP Sections.
Join Naomi Gray as she will identify and address common intellectual property issues that arise in the employment context, such as who owns the various types of IP, who can use it, and what happens when an employee leaves the company.
