Once the presentation is over, if the recording is adequate, we will send it to those that were not able to attend. If the recording is distorted and can not be viewed, MCBA will refund your registration fee. MCBA does not provide CLE for viewing recordings post presentation.***

Hunter Pyle

Hunter Pyle Law

Hunter Pyle is the Principal at Hunter Pyle Law, a five attorney plaintiff-side employment law firm located in Oakland, California. The firm handles all types of employment litigation, including class actions, jury trials, and wage claims.

In addition to practicing law full time, Mr. Pyle teaches a course at Berkeley Law covering California Wage and Hour Law.

Mr. Pyle is the primary contributor to www.workersrightsblog.com. Additionally, he is a co-author of “Civil Penalties Under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA),” Employment Damages and Remedies (CEB 2014), and the California Disability Law chapter of the California Employment Law Yearbook published by Practising Law Institute. Mr. Pyle is also the past updating editor for the Employee and Union Member Guide to Labor Law (West), Chapter 2 (“Opposing Discriminatory Discharges”).

Jennifer Kramer

Hennig Kramer Ruiz & Singh, LLP

Jennifer Kramer is a managing partner at Hennig Kramer Ruiz & Singh, LLP. Her practice focuses on complex employment litigation in state and federal courts. She has served as lead counsel on class and multiple plaintiff actions, as well as regularly representing individual employees. Jen is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (serving as the co-chair of the CELA Wage & Hour Committee from 2017-2019 and as a member of the Executive Board from 2019 to the present). When she is not advocating on behalf of California’s employees, Jen will be found in her garden, prized for its collection of California native plants.
