The September MCBA Estate Planning, Trust and Probate & Probate Litigation Sections Meeting presentation, A True Story of How A Good Estate Plan And A Good Team Helped Resolve Elder Abuse in Marin, will be held virtually on Wednesday, September 20th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM via a Zoom Meeting. In this case study, we show how the usual wording in a trust can actually further elder abuse and how creative alternatives saved a vulnerable elder from a predator. The team of our estate planner, consultant and psychologist, as well as litigators, protected the elder with dementia.
Time will be reserved for questions and discussions.
