The MCBA Program Committee invites you to attend the virtual presentation, Beyond Burnout: Practical Solutions for Lawyer Well-Being on Wednesday, March 27th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Join the Wellness Panel as they take an in-depth look at Mental Health & Attorneys and the practical tools available to support emotional fitness and resilience.

Explore the unique challenges legal professionals face when it comes to mental health. This panel will dive into the stressors of the legal profession, how they impact well-being, and the practical tools available to support mental health and resilience. Whether you're seeking support, resources, or a better understanding of wellness in the legal field, this discussion is for you.

***For those that are not able to attend but interested in the post-meeting recording, we require that you Register for the Event. Once the presentation has concluded, if the recording is adequate, we will send it to those that were not able to attend. MCBA does not provide CLE for viewing recordings post presentation.***

LeeAnn Bartolini, PhD

Clinical Psychologist and Professor

Dr. LeeAnn Bartolini is a Clinical Psychologist and Professor of Psychology at Dominican University of California. She has maintained a private practice in Marin since 1985. In 2013 she was inducted into the Marin Women's Hall of Fame for her work in education. She is active in the community and has served on a number of nonprofit boards.

Robert S. Rosborough

Matt White Law PC

Rob Rosborough is Of Counsel to Matt White Law PC. He mediates disputes where an ongoing relationship is at stake, particularly adult-family conflict such as disagreement over caring for an aging parent, and HOA disputes. He also maintains an estate planning and HOA practice. Rob teaches at USF’s Fromm Institute (conflict resolution and history of science) and helps lawyers cope with the practice of law by teaching them meditation skills as a certified iRest® meditation teacher.

Daniel Lappin

Massage and Somatic Trauma Therapist

As a non-attorney, allied professional, Daniel is a member of the Family Law Section of the MCBA. He provides wellness and resilience oriented support to individual attorneys, to family law mediation, and to general mediation. His services bring massage and somatic therapy skills to support health, and to prevent and resolve conflict.

With over 25 years and 15,000 hours of one-on-one, hands on massage and somatic therapies, he has supported clients in high conflict divorce and child custody, illness and trauma resolutions, from life cycle in utero trauma to hospice.
