The MCBA Program Committee announces the April General Membership Meeting, Embracing the Responsible Use of AI in the Legal Profession to be held on Monday, April 27th from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM via Zoom Webinar.

AI is rapidly transforming the practice of law—and with that transformation comes new opportunities as well as risks. Join a panel of legal industry leaders for “Embracing the Responsible Use of AI in the Legal Profession,” a practical discussion on how lawyers can thoughtfully integrate AI into their work and advise clients navigating the same shift.

Join Moderator, Emily Harrington, and the Panel as they will explore emerging legal frameworks governing AI, practical approaches to AI governance and acceptable-use policies, and how AI is reshaping legal training, client expectations, and attorney-client privilege. Panelists will also discuss discovery risks, confidentiality concerns, and the broader societal implications of AI adoption in the workplace.

Designed for attorneys, in-house counsel, and legal professionals, this session offers concrete insights on using AI responsibly—while staying competitive in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
