A Discussion of What to Expect in the 2023-2024 SCOTUS Term
MCBA begins its Fall Programming with Law Professor and SCOTUSblog contributor Rory Little’s update on what to expect in the Court's next term. This annual and very popular discussion offers MCBA members a glimpse of the U.S. Supreme Court's justice positions and their summarized discussions. Professor Little is a frequent NPR commentator on Supreme Court issues. He looks forward to sharing trends and predictions about the Court.

Join colleagues and friends as we honor our local bench and commissioners and receive a court update from Presiding Judge James Chou. The event also will celebrate retiring Judge Roy Chernus for his service and commitment to our legal community. This is a popular annual event. Sign up early to reserve your place.
