SPEAKERS
Virginia D. Millacci | Family & Children's Law Center

Learn about what our Family Law Judges and Commissioner would like to see (and not see!) from the Bar when it comes to requesting, and defending, Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, including how to prepare effective pleadings and how best to present evidence and testimony at trial. This will be a question-and-answer session, likely with time for questions from the audience at the end.

Please send all your DV questions by COB Friday, October 4th to either MCBA Family Law Section Co-Chair: Chelsea Heaney, chelsea@vwfamilylaw.com or Emily Lane, elane@tdfamilylaw.com
