Under California Rule of Court Rule 9.9.5, all active attorneys licensed in California must be re-fingerprinted. The State Bar is requiring attorneys to resubmit fingerprints by April 30, 2019. Failure to follow these instructions may be considered non-compliance with State Bar of California fingerprinting rule requirements and may subject attorneys to penalties.
MCBA has reserved Ameriprints Live Scan Fingerprint Services to provide Live Scan fingerprinting to our members.

IMPORTANT: You must bring your completed Prepopulated Live Scan Form from the CA State Bar website in order to participate.
$74 Processing Fee paid to Ameriprints. ($25 Ameriprints Service, $32 DOJ, $17 FBI.)
Each attorney must view and print your prepopulated LIVESCAN form. You will not be able to participate if you do not bring your own LIVESCAN form.
