Celia McGuinness is a seasoned disability rights trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants; taught at USF and Hastings; has authored articles in several publications; and litigated cases before the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeals. Above all, she takes a practical approach to these cases.
