Join us for an Update with Judge Kelly Simmons from the Marin County Superior Court's Probate Court regarding current concerns and issues. Bring a lunch with you as we've received permission to eat in the courtroom.
Submit Questions to Co-Chairs (Paul Gruwell, pgruwell@rflawllp.com or Julia Butler, jcb@jcbutlerlaw.com) no later than Fri, May 5th. Questions will be reviewed and we will do our best to have them answered.
1.0 CLE will be provided towards General/Legal Specialist Continuing Legal Education (LSCLE) for Estate Planning.
