Now that the 2023 California legislative session has ended, let’s unravel the new labor and employment laws. Join us to discuss how these laws may affect our practices representing both employees and employers.

***For those that are not able to attend but interested in the post-meeting recording and handout, we require that you Register for the Event. Once the presentation is over, if the recording is adequate, we will send it to those that were not able to attend. Menaka N. Fernando

Partner, Outten & Golden

Menaka Fernando is a partner in Outten & Golden’s San Francisco office. She focuses her practice on representing employees in negotiation and litigation in a variety of employment matters including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, family leave, and wage claims, among others. She also represents executive and professional employees in negotiating employment, severance, and restrictive covenant agreements. Ms. Fernando has experience lobbying and testifying before the California legislature to change the state’s employment laws.
