Elizabeth Brekhus began practicing civil litigation in Marin County in 1997, specializing in real property and business litigation. Elizabeth is a strong advocate and her commitment to providing excellent legal services and her creativity in solving problems benefit her clients. Elizabeth is also a leader in the community. She was elected Council Member and Mayor of the Town of Ross, and acts as a planning commissioner in that role, and she was elected President of the Marin County Bar Association. Elizabeth obtained her B.A at Kenyon College in 1993. She graduated from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 1997. Elizabeth resides in Ross with her three children, and is a committed volunteer in her community.

Neusha Ghaedi is a Partner at DeMartini, Walker, & Ghaedi LLP. Her clientele ranges from Marin County’s largest property managers and real estate developers to individual property owners and trustees. She advises clients on a wide variety of legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions, property management, probate litigation, and commercial and residential properties. Her focus is on landlord-tenant disputes.

Len Rifkind is the principal of the Rifkind Law & Mediation, PC, whose practice areas include: Acting as a neutral in real estate related mediations and arbitrations matters, both residential and commercial real property transactions and related litigation. He has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer in real estate law (2012-2023). Len served as president of the Marin County Bar Association (2005), served on the Larkspur City Council from 2009-2013 (Mayor 2012), and president of the Marin County Council of Mayors and City Councilmembers (2013). Len is also a principal and general counsel of Grand Partners, LLC, a real estate development company specializing in acquiring “value add” and environmentally contaminated commercial property.

Spencer Scheer is an AV rated lawyer and a managing partner of the Scheer Law Group, LLP. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate, creditor bankruptcy, and general business litigation and transactional matters. He has been a speaker for the California State Bar-Real Property Section at seminars and webinars and is also a noted speaker on Lender rights for lender associations throughout the state of California. Dave Feingold is a partner with Ragghianti Freitas LLP, and has practiced common interest development law for over thirty years. He is a recognized expert in the field and represents Associations throughout the Bay Area. Mark currently is a panel arbitrator with the State of California Office of Administrative Hearings, involving public road and bridge projects.
