The MCBA Estate Planning, Trust and Probate & Probate Litigation Sections invite you to attend an in person Update with the Marin County Probate Department to be held on Wednesday, May 29th from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in Courtroom C at the Marin County Superior Court.
Join us for an in person update with Judge James Chou and Probate Research Attorney, Trudy Verzosa, from the Marin County Superior Court's Probate Department regarding current concerns and issues.
Submit your questions to either Co-Chair (Paul Gruwell, pgruwell@rflawllp.com or Julia Butler, jcb@jcbutlerlaw.com) no later than FRI May 17th. Questions will be reviewed and we will do our best to have them answered.
1.0 CLE will be provided towards General/Legal Specialist Continuing Legal Education (LSCLE) for Estate Planning.
